PNC3 Auction #39 Bid Form

  1)    Numbers in ( ) indicates the number of items in the lot or the number of items within a subset in the lot.    
  2)    All lots are listed with a min. starting bid and bids must conform!
  3)    For precancel strips if there is a gap it is listed, no listing NO GAP!
  4)    In case of a tie bid the earliest postmark or email date wins.
  5)    All winning bids will be at one bidding increment over the second high bidder.
  6)    I will not accept phone bids, only via mail and email!
  7)    R = right, L = left, HVY = heavy, BMC = black machine cancel, PMC = purple machine cancel, FDC = first day    cover or cancel, S-# = plain strip, .                 P=position, RHC = red hand cancel, @ = at
  8)    ALL Bids must be in the auction directors hands by the closing date and not just postmarked by then!
  9)    Bids not conforming to the bidding increments will be lowered to that level.
  10)   Buy Bids will be accepted, but realize that only one Buy Bid can be honored and that is the first one, and at only  one advance over second high bidder.
  11)   Bids with a (+) after them can be used to break a tie only if needed.
  12)   Please, when placing a bid over the net, submit your bids on this form.
