Distribution: 33-Cent Fruit Berries Definitive Stamp, Pressure-Sensitive Adhesive (PSA) Coils of 100, Item Number 775700 |
Item Number 775700 PSA coils of 100 will automatically be distributed to stamp distribution offices (SDOs) and stamp distribution networks (SDNs) in three waves. The first wave of distribution began February 2, 1999, with shipments scheduled for completion by March 22, 1999. The master carton size for this first wave of distribution only, is 400 coils. |
The second wave of distribution begins April 5, 1999, with shipments scheduled for completion by May 4, 1999. The master carton size for the second wave, and all subsequent distributions, is 800 coils. |
The third wave of distribution is tentatively scheduled to begin in June 1999. The specific dates and exact quantities for this distribution have yet to be determined. |
Initial Supply for Post Offices |
The Minneapolis Information System Service Center will not use PS Form 3309, Advice of Shipment/Stamp Invoice, to automatically distribute this definitive stamp to post offices. To obtain an initial supply of Item Number 775700, all post offices must immediately submit a separate PS Form 17, Stamp Requisition, to their designated SDO or SDN. SDOs and SDNs must not distribute stamps to post offices or philatelic centers before April 2, 1999. |
Additional Supply |
Post offices requiring additional quantities of Item Number 775700 must requisition them from their designated SDO or SDN using a PS Form 17. Initially, there will be no back-up quantities of this item available at accountable paper depositories (APDs). All quantities in the first two waves are distributed directly to SDOs and SDNs; however, the third wave shipments will include back-up quantities to APDs for fulfilling subsequent orders from SDOs. |
Philatelic Requirement |
SDOs and SDNs with authorized philatelic centers must provide subsequent distribution of these coils to each philatelic center from the initial automatic distribution. each philatelic center from their automatic distribution. |
