Note: Precancel Gaps exist at positions 1L, 2L, 3L, 4L, 5L, 6L, LG, 1/2R, 1R, 
1-1/2R, 2R, 3R, 5R, 6R
Varieties: A constant plate crack appears on some strips of both the tagged and precancel
plate #2, at position 1R. It curves down from the base of the 'M' 
to the side of the 'U'.
A constant plate crack appears on some strips of both the tagged and precancel 
plate #2, at position 1L. It extends downward from the base of the 'W' 
to the top of the '9'.
Constant plate crack appears on some strips of the tagged plate #1, and plate #3 
of the precancel stamps. These cracks extend through the plate number 
and down to the top of the 'g' on the stamp below.
