From Richard Nazar ---

This week I received the response to a Freedom of Information Act request that I submitted to the Bureau of Engraving and Printing regarding stamp production from January through mid-June.  The documents show a new cylinder combination (6666) was used to print the (5¢) Wetlands self-adhesive coil stamp (Scott 3207A).  This cylinder combination was not previously used and has not been reported as having been found by collectors or dealers.

The new cylinder combination was printed on the BEP's Andreotti (601) press during June 5-10, 2002, with a total of 731,000 cylinder impressions (to date).  The stamps were printed on paper meeting the LP800 specification.
