According to an article by Charles Snee in the April 28, 2003 issue of Linn's Stamp News, the above may be all there will be.  The United States Postal Service does not plan to print any more plate numbers on stamps in booklets.   Printers will continue to print plate numbers on the liner paper (the back) of folded vending booklets.
