Official Announcement | The Postal Service will issue a 33-cent City Flag Definitive Stamp (Item Number 100700) on February 25, 1999, in Orlando, FL. The stamps were illustrated and designed by Richard Sheaff of Scottsdale, AZ. The stamp goes on sale nationwide February 26, 1999. |

Distribution: 33-Cent City Flag Definitive Stamp, PSA Folded Booklet of 20, Item Number 663300
SDOs and SDNs will receive a single automatic distribution for Item Number 663300. The distribution, which was completed February 1, 1999, was approximately one-fourth the standard automatic distribution quantity for a PSA book-let. Distributions are rounded up to the nearest master carton size (4,500 booklets).
Initial Supply for Post Offices
SDOs and SDNs will make a subsequent automatic distribution to post offices for one-fourth their full standard automatic distribution quantity using PS Form 3309 and PS Form 17. SDOs and SDNs must not distribute booklets to post offices before February 18, 1999.
Additional Supply
SDOs, SDNs, APDs, and authorized CAG AG post offices requiring additional quantities of Item Number 663300 must order them from BEP using PS Form 3356. All other post offices requiring additional quantities of Item Number 663300 must order them from their designated SDO or SDN using PS Form 17.
Philatelic Requirement
SDOs and SDNs with authorized philatelic centers must provide subsequent distribution of these booklets to each philatelic center from the initial automatic distribution.
