The Postal Service™ will issue a 39-cent definitive stamp, Lady Liberty and U.S. Flag, on November 8, 2006, in Washington, DC. This stamp is now available in a pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) folded vending book of 20 format (Item 675000). For philatelic customers, the new vending book format is immediately available from Stamp Fulfillment Services. The new vending book will be available at Post Offices™ that have appropriate self-service vending machines as they deplete their local inventories of the nondenominated Lady Liberty and U.S. Flag vending book (Item 674300). |
