Official Announcement The Postal Service will issue a 32-cent Flag Over Porch self-adhesive stamp in a $6.40 booklet of 20 (Item 6673), on April 18 in Washington, DC. Designed by Dave LaFleur of Derby, KS, the stamps feature an American flag against a porch. Also, this is the first self-adhesive issue with simulated-perf die cuts.

When separated from the booklet sheetlet, a stamp’s interior edges will appear perforated. The Flag Over Porch self-adhesive stamp booklet goes on sale nationwide on April 19.
