*Official Announcement*	The Postal Service will issue a 32-cent Yellow Rose stamp, in a self-adhesive convertible booklet of 20 (Item 6682), on October 29, 1996, in Pasadena, California. The booklet goes on sale nationwide October 30. Designed by Gyo Fujikawa of New York, New York, the stamp has the same design as the Pink Rose stamp issued on June 2, 1995, but will be issued in a different color, yellow instead of pink. The vending booklet of 15 was placed on sale without an official issue date, but probably in Salt Lake City, Utah on December 5.

*Note*	Booklet covers are found with 12 1/2 and 8 1/2 gauge scoring. The glue on the 8.5 covers is either Easy (easy to separate the covers) or Agressive (very hard to open the cover without damage). The glue on the 8.5 covers is Easy. The stamps inside the 8.5 covers can have either Smooth or Mottled Tagging.
